As previously posted, we have been experiencing off-campus telephone connectivity issues dating back to approximately the beginning of July.
Verizon has replaced several pieces of equipment, but we are still regularly observing errors. We have exhausted the diagnostics that can be performed without disrupting service and need to move on to more invasive testing. Broadview Networks, our telephone service provider, will begin testing at 4AM, Thursday July 17th. The testing is expected to last about 2 hours. During that time, we will experience an inability to call or receive calls from off-campus numbers, including by fax.
On-campus service will not be affected.
