“Request via ILL” link on FindIt page unavailable

UPDATE 4/12/13, 5:15 PM EDT — This issue is resolved.  The Request link now functions properly.


The “Request via InterLibrary Loan (ILL)” link on the library’s FindIt page (the intermediary page that you see after clicking “Request Full Text via FindIt” for an article in Tripod) is not currently working.

The ILL and Article Delivery services are functioning normally.  To make an Article Delivery request, please go directly to the Article Delivery Request form and manually fill in and submit your citation details.

We have reported the broken link to the vendor who supplies our FindIt service, and controls the FindIt page, and are waiting to hear a response.
