On Friday, June 21st Information Services will be making significant behind-the-scenes changes to several key administrative systems. In particular, the College is changing the way community member accounts are created and processed. Throughout the day you may experience momentary disruptions to network services such as logins, file storage and printing.
As you may recall from earlier communications, Summer 2013 is a particularly busy time for Information Services and a number of offices at Bryn Mawr and Haverford. The work being done on Friday, June 21st is in preparation for changes scheduled for late July (including Bi-Co registration) and is a part of the SEADS initiative.
If you experience prolonged issues accessing network resources or logging in, please contact the Help Desk at 610-526-7440, email@example.com. In addition, during the week of June 24th, if new community members are having unusual problems accessing accounts or network resources, please let the Help Desk know.
