On Monday, December 14 from noon – 2 pm, take a break from studying to spend some time with a furry friend from Pals for Life on the 1st floor of Canaday Library.
We know this is a stressful time of the year, so we are working with Counseling Services to bring companion animals back to Canaday during finals. Research has demonstrated that time spent petting an animal can reduce feelings of stress, lower blood pressure, and improve your mood. Please take care of yourself and join us for this fun and relaxing event.
