Remote Support for Classroom Computers Now Available

We are pleased to announce a new functionality of our remote assistance software which is used to provide the BMC community with remote computing support. This new feature allows us to connect to unattended classroom computers (installed instructor workstations) so we can perform maintenance or provide assistance with or without a caller present.

Remote maintenance will be performed only when no class or event is booked in the room. Remote assistance may be offered in-time to more quickly resolve issues during a session.

Please note that there will be no change to remote service for computers outside of classrooms; remote logins will still require your presence and your permission during each instance.
