Completed: Password Re-sets/Account Unlocks Unavailable 3/4 5pm – 3/7 noon

Updated 3/7/16 1pm: The account provisioning service transition is complete. Community members may re-set passwords as usual.


As previously announced, on Friday, March 4th Bryn Mawr LITS and Haverford ITS will be transitioning our account provisioning service to an externally hosted environment. The service will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 4th until noon on Monday, March 7th.

During this downtime:

  • You will not be able to use the Bi-Co Password and Account Management Kiosk (password.brynmawr.edu) to re-set your password, nor will you be able to request a password re-set from the Help Desk
  • If your account becomes locked, the Help Desk will not be able to unlock it for you
  • No College accounts will be provisioned or de-provisioned

After the transition, you may notice a few minor visual changes to the Bi-Co Password and Account Management Kiosk (password.brynmawr.edu). Otherwise the service will remain the same. We are making this change to increase the stability of this service.
