Resolved: Canon Copiers Unavailable

Update as of 3:00 p.m.: the Canon copier upgrade was successful; all copiers are now online.

Canon copiers are currently unavailable. We had expected 15-20 minutes of downtime for a 9:00 a.m. scheduled upgrade, however the vendor encountered issues and is the upgrade is still incomplete.

Scanning and copying is down for most machines; direct printing in offices is still available.  We expect copiers to be operating normally again later this afternoon.
