  • Use headphones and mute microphone when not speaking
  • If you are recording, inform attendees and presenters
  • Turn off participant video if bandwidth is a problem
  • For large meetings:
    • Use polls, chat and Q&A to get feedback from listeners
    • Have at least two presenters, one to monitor chat, etc. while other speaks
    • Build in breaks to address feedback
