Reminder: Upcoming temporary changes to Tripod

We’d like to remind you that the temporary changes to the holds and recalls process for physical items (books, DVDs, etc.) in both Tripod and Tripod Classic have taken effect and will remain in place until end of day Wednesday, December 19th, 2018.

We’ve made some improvements to the temporary process: you will still start with the Request link in Tripod as before, however, the request form itself will look slightly different. If you experience any issues with this process, please email circulation@brynmawr.edu.

In Tripod Classic, the Request link takes you to a page asking you to email the circulation staff at circulation@brynmawr.edu or ask at the circulation desk.

Please note that the way you access online articles and other online content will remain the same.

Other Upcoming Key Dates

December 17-19, 2018 Circulation transactions will be conducted via an offline module. This means that if you check out or return an item during these dates, this information may not be reflected in your Tripod account until Dec. 20, 2018.
