Resolved: Microsoft 365 Intermittently Unavailable

Updated 7:00 p.m.: Microsoft reports that this issue is resolved. Preliminary root cause: A DNS configuration issue was preventing users from accessing multiple Microsoft 365 services.


Some Bryn Mawr College community members may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services. This is a problem for many Microsoft customers; they are investigating the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible. 

We will update with more information as it becomes available.
