Most TriCo library systems are now accessible. Due to the amount of data being restored, some resources will remain unavailable for a few more days. Contact the Help Desk if you experience any issues connecting to TriCo resources: help@brynmawr.edu or 610-526-7440.

LITS has worked through the weekend with our vendor to restore TriCo library systems. Please be aware that off-campus access to electronic library resources is also affected by this outage.

TriCo data storage replicates across two sets of servers to provide a more robust infrastructure overall.  If one fails, the other seamlessly provides access to the same data.  In this instance, the replication service itself is not performing as expected and the implications are affecting both sets of servers.  While regular backups are performed, there is not currently an option to restore from the most recent backup copy.

We are continuing to think creatively with the vendor and our infrastructure team to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. More updates will be posted to the LITS Blog.

A number of TriCo systems that are hosted at Bryn Mawr are offline. This includes tryptich, triarte, and the archives and manuscripts link from Tripod. LITS is actively working with the vendor to resolve the issue.
