Updated 11/8 11am:

The Bryn Mawr College wireless network (eduroam) is now available. We are still experiencing disrupted services for AirPrint and AppleTV and will continue to post our progress to the LITS Blog.

Updated 11/7 10:30pm:

Basic WiFi is mostly back in service for the night. We will continue addressing issues in the morning. Please report any trouble connecting computers and other devices to eduroam by emailing help@brynmawr.edu or calling the Help Desk at 610-526-7440.


Updated 11/7 10pm:

The server has been restored and our networking vendor is continuing to support us through fully restoring wireless service. Some devices may be able to connect to eduroam intermittently as we continue to work on this issue. We will communicate progress and additional information as soon as we have it.

Updated 11/7 8pm:

The Bryn Mawr College wireless network (eduroam) is currently unavailable. A network server has failed and is in the process of being restored.

LITS continues to work with our vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will post updates here as more information becomes available.

The Bryn Mawr College wireless network (eduroam) is currently unavailable. LITS is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The wired network is unaffected.

More information will be posted to the LITS Blog as it becomes available.

LITS has received reports of eduroam not working in some campus buildings. The issue is not affecting all devices. We are investigating the issue and will post additional information as it becomes available.
