Resolved: VPN May Be Intermittently Unavailable as LITS Expands Service

Over the weekend LITS added additional licenses, and today confirmed that additional measures were in place to accommodate significantly increased VPN use.  As always, please contact the Help Desk if you have any problems connecting.

We’re currently experiencing a shortage of VPN licenses that is preventing some people from connecting. Please remember to log out of the VPN when you’re finished using it. Meanwhile we are working as quickly as possible to expand the service.
