Resolved: Access to Internet from On-Campus and Remote Desktop

This issue was caused by a Domain Name Server external to Bryn Mawr and is affecting ours and others’ connectivity. We have resolved it locally, but it may take some time before Internet connectivity is back to normal for all users and all sites. Please continue reporting any issues to the Help Desk.


We are currently experiencing a partial Internet outage on campus. This means that community members who are trying to connect to external sites from on campus and via remote desktop may experience issues.

LITS is working to resolve the problem is quickly as possible.
