Account Provisioning and Password Changes Unavailable 3/10 midnight-4am

Password changes and account provisioning will be unavailable from midnight until 4:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 10. LITS will be upgrading our identity management system during this time. After the upgrade, the Bi-Co Password and Account Management Kiosk will look slightly different. Contact the Help Desk with questions: help@brynmawr.edu or 610-526-7440.  

Update Your Chrome Web Browser

Brief Network Outage in College Hall 3/8 after 6pm

Network connectivity will be briefly unavailable in Old Library tonight, 3/8, after 6:00 p.m. The outage will last about 30 minutes. Brief Phone Service Disruption 3/12

Resolved: Problems Connecting to Microsoft Teams

Intermittent Problems Logging In to Microsoft Services (Office 365)

This afternoon community members experienced intermittent problems logging in to Office 365 and other Microsoft services.  Microsoft has identified a network issue that is affecting authentication to services for all customers.
