Forms in Office 365

Forms is one of the new apps available in Office 365 after August 15. Forms makes it possible to create online forms, similar to those created in tools like Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, or Wufoo. Reminder: 30 Minute Timeout for Office 365 Beginning 8/10
