Password Re-sets/Account Unlocks Unavailable March 4-6

On Friday, March 4th Bryn Mawr LITS and Haverford ITS will be transitioning our account provisioning service to an externally hosted environment. The service will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 4th until noon on Monday, March 7th.

During this downtime:

  • You will not be able to use the Bi-Co Password and Account Management Kiosk ( to re-set your password, nor will you be able to request a password re-set from the Help Desk
  • If your account becomes locked, the Help Desk will not be able to unlock it for you
  • No College accounts will be provisioned or de-provisioned

After the transition, you may notice a few minor visual changes to the Bi-Co Password and Account Management Kiosk ( Otherwise the service will remain the same. We are making this change to increase the stability of this service.
