Reminder: Voice Mailboxes for New Employees

When new staff members are hired to fill existing positions, please be sure to contact the Help Desk to request that a new voice mailbox be created for the entering staff member, and that the exiting staff member’s voice mailbox is removed (unless they’re remaining at the College).

This has no bearing on the phone number used or the location of the phone – those things can remain the same – this is simply a new, empty mailbox with a password unique to the new employee.
