Phone System Launch 6/11: Actions Required

The College’s new phone system will launch on Monday, June 11. This message contains important information about actions required on your part.

Phone service will be unavailable from 5:30 p.m. on Friday, June 8 through 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 11. On June 11, you may activate your new phone.

During the weekend (June 9-10), the new phone system will send you three emails. Pay close attention to these, as they will allow you to activate your phone, set up your voicemail, and give you instructions for installing optional desktop and mobile apps. Use this Day 1 Guide to get started.

Please review your voicemails and ensure you have any information you need prior to 5:00 p.m. on June 8. The old voicemail system will no longer be accessible after this time.

If you will not be on campus June 11, you will need to activate your phone as soon as you return to campus. We recommend setting up your voicemail as soon as possible after June 11.
