Resolved: Problems Printing from Macs to Canon Copiers

Updated 1/14/19 at 2:30 pm: All issues with printing to Canon copiers have been resolved. Contact the Help Desk if you have any additional problems printing.

Updated 1/14/19 at 10:30 am: LITS will be restarting our print server at 11:00 a.m. in hopes of resolving this issue. All printing to Canon copiers will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes during this process.

Some community members have had trouble printing to Canon copiers from Macs. LITS is working with Canon to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Printing to other printers is unaffected.  We will post more information as it becomes available.
