Our Domain of One’s Own service provider, Reclaim Hosting, will be performing a server migration on Wednesday, October 14 starting at 12:00 PM and lasting 1-2 hours.
During this period, users will be unable to log in to their cPanel accounts and should avoid editing websites hosted on Domain of One’s Own, as any changes may be lost.
We will post a follow-up notification and email domain owners when the migration is complete and it is safe to resume editing.
Once the migration is complete, users will see a different interface when logging in to Domain of One’s Own. If you use an SSH, SFTP, or FTP clients or have an external apex domains registered outside of Reclaim Hosting may need to update settings with the new server information:
- New server: brynmawr.dooo.host.reclaimhosting.com
- New IP: 159.65.164.171
Most users will not need to take action in response to these updates.
