LITS has been made aware of an issue with Zoom Scheduler that is preventing users from being able to reschedule meetings. This issue, which produces a broken link whenever users try to reschedule a meeting, occurs over email and in calendar notifications.
LITS has worked with Zoom to identify a solution and will implement the fix over Winter Break. Once it’s applied, users will no longer encounter a broken link when rescheduling meetings. However, they will still encounter broken links if they try to reschedule meetings that were created before the fix is applied.
