LITS is working on a couple of open issues following the change to our new account management system, Rapid Identity.
Two issues you may notice are:

- Self-Service password resets are unavailable. Please contact the Help Desk if you need to have your password reset.
- The way that names display in College services may be incorrect or inconsistent.
