The College is currently experiencing issues with access to LabStats. LITS staff members are working quickly bring these computers back online. Until then, community members should use Apporto to access College software remotely. Full instructions can be found by visiting AskAthena or by clicking here. Wireless Certificate Replacement – 1pm TODAY (7/28)

This afternoon, the certificate for our wireless network (eduroam) will be replaced. While the work is being performed, there will be minimal disruption to your network connection. Once the replacement is complete, everyone will be prompted to accept the new certificate in order to continue connecting to eduroam.

RESOLVED: Problems Accessing webmail.brynmawr.edu

Update, 8:50pm: Thanks to our Systems team, LITS was able to identify and resolve the issue with navigating to webmail.brymawr.edu. Email access via the web should be fully restored. Please report any lingering issues to the Help Desk.


Starting this evening, community members started having trouble accessing their email via webmail.brynmawr.edu. LITS is actively working on identifying and resolving the issue. Thank you for your patience while we work to get things back up and running.

Email can still be accessed via the Outlook client and mobile apps. Instructions for installing Outlook and mobile apps can be found on our knowledge base, Ask Athena.

RESOLVED: Issues with Drupal Logins and Editing the College Website
